Meet Natalie
Natalie Wells joined Lamrocks in 2025. Natalie has dedicated her career to assisting people through challenging times in their lives, and helping them find practical solutions. Before commencing her legal studies, she obtained a psychology degree and worked in social work roles, particularly supporting young people in out-of-home care. During her law degree, she worked with victims of crime, preparing them to give evidence in criminal proceedings.

Natalie graduated from Macquarie Law School in 2019, placing first in her cohort, and was admitted to practice in 2020. Before focusing exclusively on family law, she gained experience in criminal law, commercial law, intellectual property law, and early childhood regulatory policy. She has also been published in the Australian Journal of Labour Law on employment discrimination issues.
Since 2021, Natalie has practiced exclusively in family law. Renowned for her empathetic, thorough, and pragmatic approach, she draws on her diverse experience to help clients navigate the complexities of separation. A skilled negotiator, Natalie has helped many families resolve their disputes without the need
for court proceedings. However, when litigation is necessary, she regularly appears in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and is a passionate advocate for her clients' interests.

As a proud Penrith local, Natalie is excited to be part of a firm with strong ties to the local community. Outside of work, Natalie enjoys spending time with her husband and children, dancing, swimming, and serving on the board of the Nepean Community and Neighbourhood Centre.
