Meet Arthur
Arthur Fogarty joined Lamrocks in 1988. He is an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law and an experienced litigation and dispute resolution practitioner who is well known and respected in the legal profession.
Arthur takes pride in the fact that at Lamrocks, clients are treated as individuals and their issues are important to the firm. He enjoys meeting with clients and helping them to navigate difficult situations and circumstances following an injury, as well as assisting them to identify their ongoing needs and making a difference to their lives by providing expert legal advice and representation.

In his early career, Arthur travelled around much of NSW working in the local Courts, including working as a Coroner in one of his first legal roles. He has a strong understanding of the law pertaining to personal injury and has built his career on his ability to identify whether a claim is likely to succeed and how best to approach each individual case. He is quick to put people at ease, and his professional, yet friendly approach is always appreciated by clients and their families. Arthur also has a unique insight into the insurance industry, after working for the Government Insurance Office (GIO), and draws upon this experience and knoweldge to determine the best possible way forward and to help clients understand the processes involved in their own cases.
Renowned for his knowledge and experience, Arthur is a current member of the NSW Law Society and was one of only 21 solicitors in NSW to be appointed by the then Motor Accident Authority to a specialist legal panel to assist parents of children who suffered a brain injury in a motor vehicle accidents.

Arthur has worked in the Penrith area for over 30 years. He is a keen supporter of the local community and an involved member of the Penrith Nepean business community. Active in his local water polo and swimming clubs, Arthur also enjoys surfing and cycling on his days off.
