Lamrocks Solicitors has been providing legal services to the Nepean & Blue Mountains community for over 130 years.
We are looking for a Full-Time Solicitor or Part-Time to join our dynamic hardworking team, working along-side Senior Wills and Estate lawyers including an Accredited Specialist in Wills and Estates. We will consider a part-time arrangement for the right candidate. Your application must show you have the following
Skills and Experience: -
- Not less than 2 years post admission experience in Wills & Estates;
- A right to practice in New South Wales;
- A solid background in Wills and Estates Law;
- Good client relationship skills;
- Excellent communication both written, verbal and interpersonal skills;
- Be able to work in a team environment;
- Good time management skills;
- An eye for detail; and
- The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
The Role/duties will include:
- Advising clients both written and oral;
- Liaising with other professionals such as other solicitors, barristers and experts;
- Drafting and completion of documentation;
- Attendance at conferences and court as required for your role; and
- Client development including attending networking functions.
